Basic adds room sizes read from your floor plan, for a 3D room and renders that fit the space, without specific products. Plus adds real products, so you can shop the look: products from stores matched to your render, each with its link and price, and placed in the image. It also adds a material take-off for each room, how much flooring, paint, tile, wallpaper and trim to buy with the prices of the store products you pick, and more credits a month for a bigger project.

In the chat, the Generate button shows what an image will cost before you press it, and the assistant says so when a request has more than 3 changes. Send them a few at a time if you’d rather pay 1 credit an image.
Failed renders are refunded automatically, and so is a product search that comes back empty.
Messages are free up to your monthly allowance: 3 for every credit your plan gives you each month, and 3 for every credit in the packs you’ve bought. The allowance starts over on the 1st of each month, and a team shares one. Past it, the chat keeps working and every 5 messages use 1 credit; the chat says when you’re running low. Reading a floor plan counts as 15 messages.
Free renders and the watermark
Every new account gets 5 free renders. A free account makes concept renders and listing photo edits, and can build a proposal and download its PDF; room sizes from a floor plan, real products and sending a client the proposal link come with a paid plan. Renders made before you buy anything carry a “Made with Renderlii” mark in the corner and the name repeated faintly across the image. Any purchase, a plan or a 10-photo pack, removes it from all your renders, including the earlier ones. Renders made on a paid plan come with a commercial licence for client presentations, listings and print.
Currency and taxes
Choose CAD or USD at checkout. Prices don’t include tax: GST, HST or QST, or US sales tax, is added at checkout where it applies.

Is there a free trial?
Yes: 5 free renders when you sign up, with no credit card.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Credits from a 10-photo pack never expire.
What happens if a render fails?
The credit is refunded automatically.
Is chatting with the assistant free?
Yes, up to 3 messages a month for every credit your plan gives you each month (30 on a free account). After that, every 5 messages use 1 credit, and the chat tells you before you get there.
Does a long request cost more?
Only past 3 changes. One image covers up to 3 separate changes in one chat request; each further 3 add 1 credit, up to 3 credits an image. The Generate button shows the cost before you press it.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every plan has a CAD price, and Canadian taxes appear on your invoice.
Can a team share credits?
Yes. The Team and Business plans include 5 seats that spend from one shared pool, and the owner sees who used what.
