1. Who we are and your account
Renderlii is operated by MOF CONSULTING, [business address].
You sign in with links we send by email. You must be 18 or older and use Renderlii for professional work. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
2. Credits
- New accounts get 5 free renders. They are for evaluation and personal use only, with no commercial licence.
- A render (one image) uses 1 credit. Asking for four options uses 1 credit per image. An edit to an area you draw a box around uses 1 credit.
- If a render fails, its credit is refunded automatically. Messages to the assistant are free up to a monthly allowance that comes with your plan, shown on the pricing page; past it, messages use credits as the pricing page says.
- Subscriptions add credits each billing period; yearly plans add 12 months of credits at once. Packs are one-time purchases.
- Unused credits carry over as long as your account is active. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
3. Payments and subscriptions
- Payments are processed by Stripe, in Canadian or US dollars. GST, HST, QST or US sales tax is added where it applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, use “Manage billing” on the Plans and credits page, or email us at privacy@renderlii.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We don’t give refunds for partial periods or for credits you’ve used, except where the law requires one.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you upload.
- You give us permission to host and process your content, including sending it to our AI providers, only to provide the service.
- You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, and that you won’t upload images of people without their consent.
5. Using your renders
- Renders made on a paid plan can be used commercially, including in client presentations, listings, marketing and print.
- Renders made with free credits are for evaluation and personal use.
- We don’t claim ownership of your renders. AI output can resemble output made for other people, so renders aren’t exclusive to you.
6. Listing photos
- You are responsible for following your real estate board’s rules, MLS rules and advertising rules, and for disclosing edited photos.
- Renderlii’s labels and disclosure templates are a convenience, not legal advice. Your broker of record should confirm the wording.
- You may not use Renderlii to hide defects or to change permanent features of a property. Renderlii is designed to block those edits.
- Disclosure page links are public: anyone with the link can see the original and the edited photo.
7. Acceptable use
When you use Renderlii, you agree not to:
- upload or create illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
- use it in a misleading way;
- use the likeness of real people without their consent;
- try to get around usage limits or security;
- scrape it with automated tools;
- resell it without a written agreement with us.
8. AI output
Renders are illustrations and may contain mistakes. They are not a substitute for actual measurements or for professional architectural, engineering or legal advice. Product lists and prices are estimates.
9. Changes
Renderlii’s features may change over time. We’ll give paying customers 30 days’ notice of material changes to these terms.
10. Ending the agreement
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Renderlii at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@renderlii.com.
11. Liability
- Renderlii is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.
- Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under laws such as Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [province], Canada, and disputes about them will be decided by the courts of [province].
13. Language
These terms exist in English and French, and both versions are equally valid.
